AD logistic d.o.o. Mostar ("AD Logistic", "we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH" No. 49/06, 76/11, 89/11) and applicable regulations of the Personal Data Protection Agency of BiH (AZLP). For users in the EU, we apply the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR).

Data we collect

We process only the data necessary to respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer and deliver our products and services:

  • Identification data: first name, last name, company name (where applicable).
  • Contact data: phone number, email address, postal/installation address.
  • Project data: photos, dimensions, drawings and other information you submit when requesting an offer or measurement.
  • Communication data: content of messages, calls and emails exchanged with us.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device and usage data collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Purposes and legal basis

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (offer, measurement, sale, installation, warranty service).
  • Compliance with our legal obligations under tax, accounting and consumer protection regulations of BiH.
  • Our legitimate interests (security of the website, prevention of abuse, direct communication with existing clients).
  • Your consent, where required (e.g. marketing communication, non-essential cookies).

Sharing of data

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: our installation teams and authorised subcontractors; logistics and delivery providers; banking and financing partners (e.g. UniCredit Bank d.d. for instalment financing, where you apply); IT service providers (hosting, email, analytics) bound by confidentiality; and competent state authorities when required by law.

International transfers

Where data is processed outside Bosnia and Herzegovina (e.g. through EU-based hosting or analytics providers), we ensure an appropriate level of protection through contractual safeguards.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Contractual and accounting documentation is kept for the periods required by BiH legislation (typically 10 years for accounting records). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to object, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

You may exercise these rights by writing to info@ad-logistic.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka u BiH, www.azlp.ba).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
