These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website www.ad-logistic.com and the supply of products and services by AD logistic d.o.o. Mostar in accordance with the Law on Obligations, the Law on Consumer Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH" No. 25/06, 88/15) and other applicable BiH legislation.

Scope
By using our website, requesting an offer or entering into a contract with us, you accept these Terms. Specific commercial terms (price, deadlines, technical specifications, warranty) are set out in the individual offer or contract; in case of conflict, the offer/contract prevails.
Offers and contract conclusion
Information on the website is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding offer is issued in writing after measurement and technical clarification. The contract is concluded once the client confirms the offer in writing and, where required, pays the agreed advance payment.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in the offer. Unless otherwise specified, prices include VAT. Payment terms are agreed individually and may include an advance payment, milestone payments and a final balance due upon installation.
Instalment financing through UniCredit Visa is available for selected products: repayment up to 24 months, no interest and no fees. Approval is subject to the bank's terms; ask for details when booking.
Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation deadlines stated in the offer are estimated and start once technical details are confirmed and the agreed advance payment is received. Force majeure (including supply chain disruptions, weather conditions affecting installation, and similar events outside our control) may extend the deadline.
Warranty
We provide a manufacturer's warranty on products and a workmanship warranty on installation as set out in the offer/contract, in accordance with BiH consumer protection legislation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, third-party modifications, lack of maintenance or external mechanical impact.
Consumer rights and complaints
Consumers have all rights granted by the Law on Consumer Protection of BiH. Complaints can be submitted in writing to info@ad-logistic.com or by post to our registered address. We will confirm receipt and respond within the legal deadlines.
If a dispute is not resolved amicably, the competent court at the seat of AD logistic d.o.o. Mostar has jurisdiction, and BiH law applies.
Intellectual property
All content on this website (texts, photos, drawings, logos, layouts) is owned by AD logistic d.o.o. Mostar or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Use without prior written consent is prohibited.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under BiH consumer protection legislation.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of contract conclusion applies to that contract.
